State fair

We went to the state fair last weekend and had a good time....the favorites: seeing the cars, riding the tractors, picking up apples, seeing all the farm animals, and of course eatting corn on the cob!! Ry and Jake had fun and were wore out...they were falling asleep in the stroller on the walk back to the truck.

The weather's nice and we're enjoying!!!

We are keeping busy and enjoying the really nice weather!!!! Here is what we've been up to: Went and hung out with our close friends....Aunt Holly, Uncle Chris, Ben and Hailey. Jake and Ry really like hanging out with their kids as they are older and "cool"...they loved their air hockey table. We've been friends with them for a long time and always enjoy their company.
Jake and Riley spent a whole day with dad the other weekend while mom and Holly went out and did some shopping, etc. Jake and Ry enjoyed going on a picnic with dad and just hangin' out with dad all day...mom sure enjoyed getting out and relaxing some with a good friend.
Of course they still love playing on their jungle gym and swinging outside....actually doing more of that as the weather is more and more nice. They like swinging high and putting their hands way up in the air...there is actually no more swinging low and slow allowed in their eyes.

We visited with family last weekend...Jake and Ry enjoying books with their Great Aunt Mary Jo, their friend John, and Great Uncle Gary. (Jake is with Aunt Mary Jo and John, while Ry is with Gary).

We also went to the zoo with Grandma Lane a couple of days ago. We are trying to get out more as not only mom, but the twins get cooped up in the house for too long and start going crazy. So...here we are at the zoo. I think Ry and Jake enjoyed the jungle gym and bouncer better then checking out the animals; but they did enjoy feeding the ducks and fish their cheerios!!!
